We used to explain delays. Now the explanation buys a ticket, arrives at the airport and asks when boarding starts.
FlyAndCry introduces the Passenger Weather Index, the first system to measure how severely customers interfere with airline operations. One passenger is light cloud. A queue at the gate is an atmospheric front. A full aircraft is a natural disaster that could not possibly have been predicted from 180 sold tickets.

Forecast: scattered people
Every flight now has three warning levels:
- Low pressure. A passenger arrived on time and still believes the app.
- Demand storm. Luggage, questions and witnesses have gathered at the gate.
- Boarding detected. Customers want the seats they paid for.
At level three, operational reasons activate. The aircraft may be visible outside under a clear sky. This proves nothing. The most dangerous weather is already inside the terminal holding a boarding pass.

Why you caused this
An ordinary airline treats a ticket as advance warning that a person may appear. At FlyAndCry, a ticket confirms only that payment arrived. Its owner remains an unexpected external factor.
So 180 people at the gate are not the result of 180 sales. They are a spontaneous atmospheric formation threatening the punctuality of our report.
The new index also simplifies compensation. A passenger cannot request money for a delay officially caused by that passenger. That would be like a thunderstorm demanding a refund for rain.
What changes
- A delay becomes a forecast. Departure time is no longer moved; the climate around it temporarily deteriorates.
- A queue becomes a front. The longer it grows, the stronger the evidence that nature prevented normal operations.
- Baggage becomes precipitation. Sometimes it falls in another city.
- A cancelled flight becomes clear skies. Once passengers leave, every performance metric improves.
- Customer support becomes a weather station. It records your anger and does nothing about the conditions.

For passengers with a connection, the index is especially accurate. If the first flight is late and the second leaves, the system records a collision between two air masses: your hope and our schedule. The winner was selected in advance.
How to guarantee clear skies
Do not come to the airport. An empty terminal is perfect weather: no queues, questions, luggage or expense of transporting people.
If you still intend to fly, remain calm. An irritated passenger creates additional pressure and may cause the next delay.
At FlyAndCry
